Who prepared better? Which country is rising faster than China? You are, once again, lamenting that a hero is not a God. Raise standards for yourself, not other people.

You said I didn't answer your question; I asked what your question was and this is how you respond?

Beidou is already up. Are you saying there is danger of sabotage from backdoors? From the last post:

"Are you saying there are backdoors for sabotage or that China couldn't replicate these parts fast enough?"
My question is it OK to use US parts on Chinese space and military system?

US military and space systems would never use Chinese parts even if they are good enough

That really depends on the part. Is there a danger of there being a backdoor? Do you have many spares prepared in case of embargo? Is a national alternative coming online but just taking some time?

Ideally, no, only Chinese parts should be in Chinese military/space systems but nothing is ideal and if a situation does call for it, the idea can move forward with meticulous planning. It's a very internationalized world and even in America's premier fighter program, the F-35, Chinese parts were found.

What kind of Chinese parts? Willing to share.

More than backdoor, the biggest issue is availability. Like Huawei got sanctioned and no parts availability to use.

US sanctions hit, Chinese military and space system got stopped.

If it means you can use the space and military assets/system today instead of next week yes. I'm pretty sure those parts are well sourced and checked. There are probably plans for domestic replacements.

The US is not the tech super power we see it being shown as in Hollywood movies, that has some kind of kill beam that stops US semiconductors from working.

Are you implying Huawei should be fine because parts are well sourced?

So if you could obtain 10-20 years (or whatever number the PLA deems necessary) worth of spares right off the bat under a disguised civilian company, and you can verify that they have no back doors, you should be safe on this one. This is especially true in space systems, because they need very little maintenance and very rare part replacement.

In the meantime, of course, Chinese companies should be working on a competitive alternative.

Lol, PC board and magnets are not high tech stuffs. They use them because of low cost. Easily replaceable. Common as nuts and bolts.
Can't compared to semiconductor which
deemed critical. . Lol

You said parts, as if foreign parts can't be used in domestic military weaponry. Then you asked if it was ok for China's space assets to have US parts so I showed you that Chinese parts are in American weapons and then I told you specific parameters to be careful of which would allow safe usage of foreign parts in domestic military/space systems. What I said applies to all levels in tech and if they can all be met, foreign parts can be considered in order to keep the program on track or give the system a performance boost. However, I like to see these measures as only a stopgap before a domestic replacement is made.

This is a semiconductor thread. Of course I am talking semiconductor only and you give PC boards and magnets , low commodity stuffs, you are too funny.
