OK. Then how far back would I know that there are comments than answers my questions? Why not work on an interface that makes it convenient than spending time getting riled up by other people's comments.
For new members on this thread without industry experience. My advise is to just not post for a few months and just read and learn from others here. I would give that advise on other popular thread too. The main points will be repeated enough that after a few months, you will be knowledgeable enough to offer better opinion

They say that as of October 31, 2023 the order on hands amount to 316M rmb ($45M)

I don't know the price of a wafer double-stage or how many customer they have apart from SMEE (not only for their double-stage). I remember I saw a kind of a litho machine's cost breakdown in the past here in the forum, but unfortunately I'm not able to find it now.

Anyhow it seems $45M can buy you more than a couple of stages for a prototype machine, maybe this is a hint that we are now in a kind of pre-production for SMEE 28nm.

Orders are from end of October 2023, so maybe we can reasonably expect some SMEE delivery within Q1 2024.

@PopularScience can you please share the source of this information? Thanks.
Let's say a SSA800 immersive version sells for $60million (which is about how much a 1980Di costs), then it's BOM is maybe $30 million (if we assume 50% gross profit to payback the depreciation & amortization + all the R&D cost and other fixed costs)

Double stage gets used in both dry and immersive scanner. Since dry scanner only costs $20million (for ASML), it reasons that double stage isn't one of the more expensive parts (thats' likely stuff with immersive scanner). So I would guess the cost per unit is under $5 million.

Which means they probably have order for at least 10 to 15 units. Now, we don't know how long of a period this is spread across. But certainly, this would be for both dry and immersive scanner.

uprecision so far only delivered stations for Arf dry,Arfi station is still in research stage. The machine they delivered to SMEE is 65nm

Uprecision of Arfi has successfully developed too

Uprecision's double stage component is at the same level as ASML's most advanced double stage component (products above 2000 series) in a large generation.

Answer: At present, the workpiece table developed by our research group is at the same level as the most advanced workpiece table (products above 2000 series) of ASML company in a large generation. However, there is still a generation gap with ASML's 2000 series and above products in a small generation, and it can catch up with the international advanced level after one more iteration.

2015 July:Uprecision and SMEE signed joint technology development agreement

2018:Uprecision completed technology I&II development,and passed SMEE verification. Receive 7.95 million RMB from SMEE

2020:Uprecision completed another technology development. Receive 17.37 million RMB from SMEE

2021:Uprecision completed three technology development,and delivered one set of nanometer level precision system. Receive 26.39 million RMB from SMEE

2022:Uprecision completed another technology development. Receive 17.84 million RMB from SMEE

2023 Jan-Jun:Uprecision completed three technology development. Receive 12 million RMB from SMEE

Because of the technical difficulty in developing nanometer level precision system,the actual delivery time got delayed
