The LA200 exposure machine uses UV-LED as the exposure light source, which can achieve i-line, h-line or i&h mixed exposure wavelengths. On the morning of December 28 , 2023 , Guangzhou Zengxin Technology Co., Ltd. held a move-in ceremony for the first production equipment. Company Chairman Chen Xiaofei attended the event and delivered a speech. General Manager Zhang Liang, Chief Operating Officer Xiao Guokun, all second-level and above supervisors and R&D and operations , factory employee representatives, as well as Zengcheng District government department leaders, district industrial investment group, Ningxi Street, project participating units, and representatives of equipment suppliers, jointly witnessed this important milestone moment of Zengxin Technology.

The equipment moved in this time is the Primo D-RIE® etching equipment reaction table manufactured by China Micro Semiconductor Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. It is also the first production equipment moved into the core-increasing 12- inch smart sensor and special process wafer production line project. It has innovative technologies with independent intellectual property rights from AMEC and is an indispensable equipment in the international mainstream chip production lines. The move-in of this equipment is an important delivery since the " 920 capping " of the project . It marks that the civil construction and electromechanical installation of the first phase of the core-increasing project have been completed, and the project has officially transferred from the construction period to the production preparation stage before operation.

According to Shengjian Environment’s official WeChat account, on December 27, Shanghai Shengjian Environmental System Technology Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony for the “Shengjian Environment Domestic Semiconductor Process Ancillary Equipment and Key Components Project” in Jiading Industrial Zone, Shanghai.
It is reported that the total investment amount of the project is expected to be RMB 600 million. In order to ensure the implementation of this project, Shengjian Environmental Investment established a subsidiary, Shengjian Semiconductor, as the main project implementation project. The project aims to create a domestic advanced semiconductor ancillary equipment platform integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales and maintenance services.
