Wanye/Kingstone recently sold several 12-inch integrated circuit low-energy large-beam ion implanters to two customers.

The ion implanter is one of the most important core equipment in chip manufacturing. Its implantation process is difficult to verify, and its development difficulty is second only to the photolithography machine.

But keep in mind that SMIC has stocked up many scanners and imported many in the past few months. They are not short on ASML scanners!

At this point, I'm not too excited about SSA800. I assume it will be ready for HVM at some point. If ASML is not allowed to sell to certain fabs in China, then SMEE will have the entire market to themselves.

The ones that we really are waiting on are:
1) de-americanized 14 and then 7nm process
2) EUV
3) DDR5 + HBM

I am excited about the SSA800, in just two years the more advanced SSA900 will come out and match ASML 2050i which enable China to produce 7nm 100% at home.

Is there any solid proof that SSA-800 is being delivered and is now operational. Because so far it seems to me that SSA-800 is MIA.

what do you mean by operational ? SSA800i is undergoing testing and verification.

last week, state-backed shareholder Zhangjiang Group declared, SMEE successfully developed advance lithography.. we all know that, which machine they are talking about .. after announcement, their share rose 8 percent. this is an another evidence.

Edit - i think you are talking about commercial operations .. not yet
