IT Home has learned from foreign media that Saudi Arabia has previously stated that
it will not sign contracts with foreign companies that do not have regional headquarters in the country after this year .
Huawei plans to support 200,000 new developers in Saudi Arabia over the next five years and work with 1,000 local partners and 2,000 start-ups to provide cloud computing services.
