Terapines Technology raised tens of millions of yuan (CNY 10.0M is ~$1.4M) in angel financing led by Luojia Capital, joined by Chushang Venture Capital and Planck Venture Capital. Terapines develops RISC-V software toolchains, including C/C++ compilers, DSP library, debugger and simulator, an automotive functional safety inspection tool for MISRA C, and IDE. It is also working on virtual prototyping solutions for hardware/software co-design and an operating system. Founded in 2019, it is based in Wuhan, China.

Boston Micro Fabrication (BMF) raised CNY 160.0M (~$22.4M) in Series D financing led by China Development Bank Capital and Guotai Junan Securities Assets Management, joined by ZJ Innopark. BMF provides using its Projection Micro Stereolithography (PµSL) technology that enables parts to be produced with resolutions down to 2μm and tolerances of +/- 10µm. It uses UV for rapid photopolymerization of an entire layer of liquid polymer resin. BMF’s systems can be used for additive manufacturing of electronic components and MEMS, as well as applications such as medical devices, optics/photonics, microfluidics, and research. Based in Maynard, Massachusetts, USA, it was founded in 2016.
Xinxiang Technology raised hundreds of millions of yuan (CNY 100.0M is ~$14.0M) in Series B financing led by Everest VC, joined by Xin Ding Capital, GF Qianhe, Yunhe Capital, and existing investors. Xinxiang Technology provides (CIM) solutions for 8- and 12-inch semiconductor factories, including manufacturing execution systems (MES), equipment automation platforms (EAP), real-time multiprocessor systems (RTS), statistical process control (SPC), and parts management. It also offers customized CIM solutions, including software, hardware, and on-site implementation. Funds will be used for R&D and overseas expansion. Based in Wuxi, China, it was founded in 2018.
Yunmao Technology raised hundreds of millions of yuan (CNY 100.0M is ~$14.0M) in Series A+ and B rounds with investors including Sunny Optical Technology, Sequoia Capital China, Ginkgo Valley Capital, Guoqian Capital, and Changjiang Securities. Yunmao provides . Its product lineup includes atomic layer deposition (ALD), physical vapor deposition (PVD), chemical vapor deposition (CVD), and ultra-high vacuum coating (UHV) equipment. It targets semiconductor, display, lithium battery, photovoltaic, and power device manufacturing. Funds will be used for R&D and to accelerate mass production. Founded in 2018, it is based in Xiamen, China.
Turin Robot received nearly CNY 100.0M (~$14.0M) in Series A funding. The company manufactures for a range of industries, including consumer electronics assembly and semiconductors. Founded in 2007, it is based in Shanghai, China.
Advance Foundation Semiconductor Material received (CNY 10.0M is ~$1.4M) in funding from Fosun Capital. The company makes quartz consumables for semiconductor, photovoltaic, and LED manufacturing. Founded in 2017, it is based in Shenyang, China.
SiCentury raised tens of millions of yuan (CNY 10.0M is ~$1.4M) in financing that included Addor Capital and Haifu Industrial Investment. SiCentury develops silicon carbide chemical vapor deposition (SiC-CVD) epitaxy equipment. Founded in 2020, it is based in Suzhou, China.
Sieg Technology drew (CNY 10.0M is ~$1.4M) in pre-Series A funding led by Ginkgo Valley Capital, joined by Sharewin Investment and chipmakers Montage Technology and Li-On Microelectronics. Sieg Technology offers polymer elastomers and high-performance plastic parts. Its product line includes perfluoroether seals for use in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, along with other industries such as new energy, chemicals, and automotive. Funds will be used for production of FFKM and PI products and to increase automotive seal production capacity. Founded in 2011, it is based in Shanghai, China.
Yinguan Semiconductor drew tens of millions of yuan (CNY 10.0M is ~$1.4M) in financing. Yinguan Semiconductor makes for semiconductor equipment, including precision motion platforms, specialized motors, piezoelectric products, and drive control products. Funds will be used for R&D, production line expansion, and hiring. Founded in 2019 as a spin out from Fudan University, it is based in Shanghai, China.
Zhongke Huizhi Equipment Technology raised CNY 10.0M (~$1.4M) in angel financing from CasStar. The startup makes materials and equipment. Its zeolite molecular sieves can remove volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from waste gases created during the manufacture and assembly of semiconductors, PCBs, electronics, display panels, optical and photovoltaic glass, and lithium-ion batteries, along with applications in a range of other industries.
