As usual, we have plenty of quality information on this thread and must keep quality high rather than posting opinions of people who are clueless about China's Semiconductor industry.

Quite interesting.
We know that SMEE won an order for "machines" that are going to be used in HHGrace their new 300mm plant.
But also SMIC Jingcheng is waiting to receive "machines" that are going to be used for mass production in this second quarter of this year. And looks like that this "machines" are used in a pretty critical process.

The winning bidder for this project is Tuojing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tuojing Technology"), and the subject matter involved is a plasma chemical vapor deposition equipment.

It is reported that Tuojing Technology was established in April 2010, mainly engaged in the research and development, production, sales and technical services of semiconductor special equipment. The main products include plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) equipment, atomic layer deposition (ALD) equipment and sub- Three product series of atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition (SACVD) equipment have been widely used in integrated circuit wafer manufacturing, as well as new technology fields such as TSV packaging, optical waveguide, Micro-LED, and OLED display. Previously, SMIC revealed on the interactive platform that SMIC Capital has entered the trial production stage. Due to the delay in the delivery of bottleneck machines, the mass production time is expected to be delayed by one to two quarters.

In addition, SMIC stated that by the end of 2022, SMIC Shenzhen will enter the production stage, SMIC Beijing will enter the trial production stage, SMIC Lingang will complete the main structure capping, and SMIC Xiqing will start civil construction. Each core has an independent 32KB level-1 instruction cache, 32KB level-1 data cache, 256KB level-2 exclusive cache, and system-level 2MB level-3 system shared cache. The CPU supports multi-core cache consistency management and IO consistency management to ensure data integrity and timeliness during high-speed and high-throughput operation. Under the domestic 14nm process platform, the normal working conditions can achieve stable operation at 1.8Ghz, and the performance of Dhrystone can reach 3.1DMIPS/MHz.

so despite what we expected, 14nm capacity at SMIC hasn't really maxed out. They can still produce a little more or they have somehow added more capacity recently.

14nm capacity at SMIC is maxed out. This "国芯科技" is an IP provider,similar to verisilicon. They don't occupy any fab capacity per se,they merely facilitate fabless companies to better design chips

This is quick, looks like SMIC Shenzhen's new 12-inch fab expected to reach full production of 40k wpm this year. I'm not 100% sure this will actually be the case, since 40K in 1 year is a lot of capacity.

华润微深圳12英寸集成电路生产线建设项目由华润微联合重投集团等市区属国企共同出资设立的润鹏半导体(深圳)有限公司负责建设,项目投资规模约220亿元,聚焦40纳米以上模拟特色工艺。
项目建成后将形成总产能4万片/月(48万片/年)的12英寸功率芯片生产能力,产品主要应用于汽车电子、新能源、工业控制、消费电子等领域。

2022年10月29日,华润微深圳12英寸集成电路生产线建设项目开工。项目预计至2024年12月底前可实现通线量产。该项目的建成,将与IC设计、封装、测试等产业链上下游形成联动集聚效应,助力粤港澳大湾区打造集成电路“第三极”。
