Recently, the self-controllable 64-bit high-performance and low-power CPU IP developed by Suzhou Guoxin Technology Co., Ltd. based on the open source PowerPC architecture was successfully taped on the domestic 14nm process platform, and was recognized by customers after actual product testing and application verification.
According to the official Weibo news of Guoxin Technology, the independently controllable 64-bit C9800 multi-core CPU IP based on the open source PowerPC architecture developed by Guoxin Technology is a processor with 7-level pipeline and multi-launch sequence architecture. Each core has an independent 32KB level-1 instruction cache, 32KB level-1 data cache, 256KB level-2 exclusive cache, and system-level 2MB level-3 system shared cache. The CPU supports multi-core cache consistency management and IO consistency management to ensure data integrity and timeliness during high-speed and high-throughput operation. Under the domestic 14nm process platform, the normal working conditions can achieve stable operation at 1.8Ghz, and the performance of Dhrystone can reach 3.1DMIPS/MHz.
