Our guys from Jinhua still fighting and getting their goods. They have bought lot of CD and thin film measurement equipment, they used to get those from KLA i think now is Shanghai Jingce the ones supplying those.

公开资料显示，电子信息技术专家陆军1964年11月出生于江苏省苏州市，1988年毕业于中国科学技术大学，获硕士学位。他主要从事雷达及综合电子信息系统研究，于2017年当选中国工程院院士。
陆军也是我国第一型出口预警机空警-2000的总设计师。2001年，38岁的陆军被“中国预警机之父”王小谟院士选中成为空警-2000预警机总设计师。2007年，空警-2000成功交付，首次采用了世界最先进的相控阵雷达技术。陆军及其团队仅仅用了5多年的时间，就完成了全部研制工作。2011年，空警-2000预警机总顾问王小谟、总设计师陆军获国家科技进步奖特等奖。
南京理工大学是隶属于工信部的全国重点大学，学校由创建于1953年的新中国军工科技最高学府——中国人民解放军军事工程学院（简称“哈军工”）分建而成，经历了中国人民解放军炮兵工程学院、华东工程学院、华东工学院等发展阶段，1993年更名为南京理工大学。学校1995年成为国家首批“211工程”重点建设高校，2011年获批建设“985工程优势学科创新平台”，2017年入选“双一流”建设高校，2018年成为工信部、教育部、江苏省共建高校。

This are biddings and not necessarily represent all the equipment that the company had bought, I guess other equipment is bought directly with the supplier with ASML, Nikon or even SMEE when their scanners becomes production ready. Is also possible that they reach a deal with ASML to provide scanners without U.S light sources.
Jinhua will be a living testament to how far the SEM indigenization drive would go, because they would have to use all domestic equipment.
