HD SRAM bitcell size shrink beyond 7nm node by CFET without EUV

Abstract:
As the critical dimensions of the transistor continue to be shrunk, the industry enters the EUV lithography era after the 7nm node. Due to the current high economic costs of EUV lithography in terms of equipment and process, it is desirable to achieve device area shrinking without using EUV lithography. In this paper, we introduce HD SRAM EUV-free designs using CFET. Various layout designs are put forward according to the feature of CFET, and their feasibility is evaluated. All the designs basically obey 7nm design rules and achieve impressive scaling of the bitcell area. This work provides a new starting node for CFET to increase transistor density.

Bidding info is highly confidential. I'm surprised we can get any information at all.

Public bidding is transparent by nature, even bidding infos from the military is made public

Even winning a supplier award often comes with conditions on where you can publicize that information.

That‘s not how it works. The company who initiate the bidding,is obligate to publicize the outcome of the bidding on the same website, that's the rule of bidding sites.

Of course not all semiconductor purchases are done via bidding, some companies prefer more transparent way some don't

Lol wut??? Military bidding is public because it is from tax money.

Every time I bought equipment from a supplier, bids are solicited from a small set of known suppliers as a request for quote (RFQ), they provide a quote, they're then compared. You can accept the quote as is, ask for revision, or reject. None of the other suppliers know who is being evaluated and I've rarely been asked, only by inexperienced sales people and I am obligated to say that I cannot reveal proprietary supply chain information.

Supplier lists are legally known as corporate confidential information.

Then post a link of the TOS or federal law that says that companies who win their bids are obligated to publicize it online.

It's not government law,it's the rule of the bidding website. bidding website is like auction house, you need to follow it's rule if you want to use it's service.
