The laser micropropulsion system and SRAM memory of the Institute of Microelectronics were successfully launched with the "Lijian No. 1"​


The radiation-resistant KW65609ES type SRAM memory has anti-single-event flip and anti-single-event latch-up thresholds greater than 75MeV·cm 2 /mg , and the total dose resistance is greater than 300krad(Si) , and the comprehensive radiation resistance performance has reached the international advanced level. This SRAM memory mission mainly guarantees the reliable storage and transmission of real-time data on the orbital test platform for radiation effects of space components.

@KYli bro ASML escape the gauntlet and good for them after all they fought hard to maintain their business relationship with China. The real victim here is TSMC cause Samsung had the support of their gov't while Tsai sell the family jewel which isn't her to begin with to the Americans. So what will the future be of TSMC, I ask all members of their opinions, I for one think their zenith is this year, after that with the economic downturn let's see, my prediction in the short term (2026) we may see SMIC at 3rd (3nm a generation) behind the 2 leaders (Samsung and TSMC 2nm and a big uncertainty) by 2028 the three will have parity and 2030 onward maybe first place.

@antiterror13 and Sir what perplexed me , why did they have to telegraph their intentions, IF the goal is to hinder the Chinese they should go all out, all these threats and half measure restriction backfire cause the Chinese were able to prepare.

@ansy1968 it is all the game of leverage ... currently the US desperately need a leverage against China in the upcoming trade negotiation, you have heard that Biden may drop the tariff, definitely Biden wants something in return from China

TSMC should return to motherland and help China be number one Chip maker. With China support TSMC wlil be able to shake off westerne dependencies.
