I don't understand the logic of the question. As China also has to produce all the equipment for DUV and EUV, would it be correct to say SMEE is 12-15 years behind ASML?
Why that company be the most hated company in this forum? Whose family or feelings they hurt?I don't understand the logic of the question.
China doesn't produce *equipment*, Chinese companies like (the most hated company in this forum) U-Precision produce parts for SMEE.
U-Precision wafer working stages could be a just 4 year behind Nikon or ASML ones or Cheer immersion systems could be even better than those of ASML or RSLaser ligth sources could be 8 years or SMEE computational lithography software, an critical area in lithography were China is investing a lot could be up to par to ASML. Who knows
28 and yes two shipped to SMIC (2020) and YTMC (2021) for testing, improvement and verification.I thought SMEE already started shipping 24nm lithography?
Somebody here doesn't like U-Precision and doesn't want to see more post from that company. IDK why.Why that company be the most hated company in this forum? Whose family or feelings they hurt?
What is Cheer immersion system?I don't understand the logic of the question.

Is China's share in the SME equipment market (3%) not a reason for concern?Yes that is correct. You have to look at the whole picture. This is difficult to do without knowing the specs of the products or the technology. We often look at it from one performance metric or two like wavelength or WPH but these are not the only performance parameters.
numbers can be deceiving, that was in 2015-2020, from almost nothing - 3% of the global share, they triple their market share in just 5 year, if that momentum continue or accelerate they could have a lot of the global market shared by 2025.Is China's share in the SME equipment market (3%) not a reason for concern?
I'm more concern if China has 0% market share After all these years of developmentIs China's share in the SME equipment market (3%) not a reason for concern?
