I still say that we weight until the department of defense actually says something about it. I watched "Concern" with my maternal grandfather when I was in China. This is bugging me-the news only said: "signed an agreement of military sale framework (军售框架协议)." To me, it is still not certain.

Over at CJDB they're saying CCTV was quoting the Russian media about the sale. If true then the level of credibility in the report just went down.

If its true, it will be military disaster for china military. The Su-35 cannot fire any of Chinese ammunition and they will be massive problem of them intergration into Chinese network. Whoever approve this deal shall be shot or executed.

But I still think it will be a mix up of info. We will wait for china military department to confirm the news.

As I have explained in my previous posts.

I think that IF China buys Su-35, there are only one actual reason. That is to get 117S engine for J-20A, this way J-20A can go into IOC before 2016. China sense war with Japan and knows that US has F-22A in Okinawa. 117S is the best engine China can get but the Russians will not let it go unless China buys Su-35. China aggree to buy 4, Russia insist 48. They maybe reached a deal that is 24 !!!

HOWEVER, I just visited official Chinese department of defense, and it once again DID NOT confirm this deal.
