Maybe it is multiple drones stacked into a single tube? I don't expect the drones to be the entire length of the tube.
Besides, judging by the platform shown (a semi-trailer truck) versus the earlier iteration (a pickup truck) - Other than offering the capabilty to stack multiple identical drones within each tube (i.e. longitudinally) - The diameter of each tube should be comparably larger as well.
An educated guess:
1. Either the drones launched from this platform will have a larger diameter/overall dimension, hence allowing longer range and/or bigger payload; or
2. Each tube is capable of multipacking identical drones of smaller size, both laterally and longitudinally.

Maybe it's rocket launched then dispense once near the target location? Would function similarly to cluster munition, but precision guided.

Drone-artillery cooperation. A drone illuminates the target with laser, and a laser-guided artillery round does the rest.

By the way, this TB-001 appears to be carrying a TS-20 UAV on the inner pylon. TS-20 is a turbojet powered UAV developed by Tengden and was first unveiled at the last Zhuhai Air Show. It's capable of both being launched from the ground and from the air.
