AVIC bags big deal in Venezuela (2)

AVIC Helicopter has several units under its umbrella. Prominent among them are Hafei Aviation Industry Co and Changhe Aircraft Industries Group.

Hafei will make the Y-12 aircraft and Changhe the helicopters. AVIC has exported over 100 Y-12 aircraft to 20 nations from 1986 onwards, said the sources.

Venezuelan Fundagrial, also known as the Fund for Agricultural Development, is an organization that promotes agricultural and regional economic development in central and northern Venezuela.

The organization has teamed with Sireca for an airline venture. The aircraft imported from China will be used by the venture for the transportation of passengers and agricultural goods.

AVIC International was expected to invest $300 million in the Venezuelan venture, according to recent media reports. The company, however, has denied the reports.

"We are selling airplanes to the company and have no relations with its operations," said Liu Yue, a company spokeswoman.

Sources said the Venezuelan deal is the biggest contract for civilian aircraft in recent times.

The framework agreement is expected to bolster aviation ties between the two countries and help boost air services in the South American nation, according to Zhang Guangjian, deputy general manager of AVIC International.

China has in recent years been stepping up exports of civil and defense aircraft. Last year it exported 42 fighter aircraft to Pakistan. Aircraft companies are also exploring new markets like Pakistan, Cuba and Egypt, said analysts.

China is Venezuela's second-largest trading partner, while Venezuela is China's fifth-largest trading partner in South America. According to official statistics, trade between the two countries in 2009 was $7.15 billion.Source: China Daily

Russia and China will cooperate in jointly developing and manufacturing a heavy-lift helicopter, a Russian deputy industry and trade minister said on Tuesday.

Denis Manturov said the new helicopter could be based on the Russian Mi-26 and that the two sides were currently discussing the new machine's specifications taking into account China's domestic needs.

"This machine will be oriented toward the Chinese market and the project will be commercial," he said.

The Mi-26 Halo, a heavy transport helicopter with civilian and military applications, is the largest and most powerful helicopter ever to have gone into production.

Manturov also said Russia and China would cooperate in manufacturing aircraft engines.

昌飞公司全面打响直升机研制攻坚战
成立四支党员突击队 挑战超百架产能目标



本报讯（通讯员　崔连君）　8月30日，中航工业昌飞举行创先争优党员突击队授旗仪式，全面打响直升机研制攻坚战。昌飞公司全体副科级以上领导干部及驻公司各军事代表室、陆航试飞大队和直升机所等单位的相关人员共400余人共同见证了这一庄严的时刻。这是昌飞公司保型号、促发展，实现重点型号研制和“挑战超百架产能”任务目标的重要举措；是激发广大党员干部的政治热情和内在动力，带领职工群众齐心协力、攻坚破难、激情奋进，以实际行动贯彻科学发展观的重要行动。

昌飞公司联合驻公司各军事代表室、陆航试飞大队和中航工业直升机所等单位，共同组建成立了4个党员突击队，确保重点型号研制和直升机批产决战决胜任务的顺利完成。４个党员突击队中有３个突击队队长由公司级领导担任。

昌飞公司董事长、总经理余枫向4个党员突击队庄严授旗。余枫指出，按节点要求完成重点型号研制任务，顺利实现装备的交付，是党和国家赋予昌飞公司的重大使命，是昌飞公司广大干部职工、广大党员义不容辞的神圣职责，我们要以共同组建创先争优党员突击队活动为契机，咬定目标不放松，坚定信心，创新思维，抢抓机遇，以饱满的热情和高昂的斗志，决战决胜，千方百计完成重点型号研制交付任务，千方百计实现直升机产能超百架，千方百计实现直升机研制的卓越目标。

昌飞公司党委书记杜明华主持授旗仪式，并代表公司创先争优领导小组要求各党员突击队要围绕中心工作，细化办法措施，组织团队成员开展生产劳动竞赛，确保目标任务的完成。

直11生产交付攻坚党员突击队队长、昌飞公司副总工程师危松林表示，党员突击队一定确保生产质量，保证生产和研制进度，在科研生产中带头创先争优，不负众望，高效地完成工作任务。

8月19日，中航工业哈飞在Z15铆接现场举行了隆重的Z15、Y12F党员突击队成立大会。377名党员突击队成员面向党旗，高举右手，重温入党誓词。在突击队长带领下，大家齐声高呼“创先争优保型号，我为党旗增光彩”的突击队口号，洪亮的声音震彻全场。
Z15和Y12F是哈飞进一步实现国际合作升级和自主创新的重要产品。在两机研制进入关键阶段，哈飞成立Z15、Y12F党员突击队，不仅吹响了全力以赴、加速向重点科研型号完成节点冲锋的号角，同时也将哈飞的创先争优活动推向了一个新阶段。

哈飞董事长、总经理曲景文宣读了党员突击队成立决定。他指出，目前哈飞的创先争优活动已进入全面争创阶段，为充分发挥科研生产中共产党员的先锋模范作用，进一步开展好创先争优活动，全力以赴保证型号研制按节点完成，哈飞决定在Z15、Y12F两个项目团队中分别成立党员突击队。郑强为两个党员突击队授队旗、队牌。
工程制造部制造经理陆鹏、哈飞副总工程师李先哲分别担任Z15、Y12F党员突击队队长。Z15突击队148名队员及Y12F突击队 229名队员均由两个项目团队中负责设计、工艺、生产、质量、供应保障等单位参研参制的共产党员组成。两个突击队将严格按项目计划、节点完成型号研制任务，力争实现Z15年内小批量生产，Y12F于11月底完成首飞的奋斗目标。
Y12F突击队队长李先哲代表全体突击队队员表示，面对困难和挑战，Y12F突击队将不辱使命，继续发扬共产党员能吃苦、能战斗的精神，以实际行动树立起党员的光辉旗帜。时刻以“创先争优保型号，我为党旗增光彩”鞭策自己，以冲天的干劲和满腔的热情忘我工作，将共产党员的先锋模范作用汇聚成推动型号科研生产任务圆满完成的力量。
