Around 2011 or 2012,China send group of engineers to visit yak design bureau, there topic center around yak 141 ,particular her techical and handling issue, they ask if yak has intention to revive the project.which the russia say no they lost interest.
They also interview the chief pilot, the pilot claim yak 141 has a problem on flight control and handling.chinese engineer later state the problem could be solve by a.i.

There were recurrent publications from China about a V/STOL fighter since the Falklands War. Patents, some R&D projects, visits like the one you mentioned, journal articles... This is why I can't completely dismiss V/STOL suggestions. It is quite evident some portion of the establishment sees a value. But it is also quite evident there was no high-profile effort.

This company is somesort of 3rd party contractor for Chinese turbines. I am suprised to see QD300 turbine. 30MW is comparable to LM2500.
QD300 has same spec as Siemens Energy's STG-700 except a slight difference in gas flow (kg/s) - QD300 93.3Kg/s vs 95 Kg/s of STG-700. I believe QD300 is a licensed copy of Siemens STG-700.

If it is a licensed copy they will use the word SGT 700 for better sales. If you check that list, there is one SGT600 there from Siemens, this contractor does both foreign and Chinese turbine installations i think.
