A WS-20 under the Il-76LL at the CFTE
If I remember corrrectly, a few years ago, i think there were pictures of the Y-20 with WS-20 engines. The ws-20 must be quite far along in its development if all these pictures and 'rumours' are correct.

AECC (Aero Engine Corporation of China) confirms that the vector nozzles are currently in flight testing.
For WS-15?
Just found the photo actually came from the last Zhuhai show, someone forwarded tons of pictures in a chinese forum and I picked three of them post here.
It looks like more a general aero engine control system demo than an actual model to me.
[/QUOTE]It is confirm in flight testing so I doubt it is just research development of control system because flight testing is expensive For R&D they just do ground testing
Is the engine model WS-13E or its derivative?Just found the photo actually came from the last Zhuhai show, someone forwarded tons of pictures in a chinese forum and I picked three of them post here.

Put TVC on WS-13 for J-31 makes more sense as it is more useful in a conventional aircraft. WS-15 on J-20 may not need TVC at all (if PLAF want to use every drop of the thrust), but a bonus if post-stall performance is desired.Probably WS-13E.
