Actually I don't think so ! To admit I'm not 100% sure but I think I've seen that image already. It's most likely a Russian engine under a Russian Il-76LL ... by the way for the WS-20 the diameter is too small.

I don't think so ... looks more like a low-bypass civil turbofan and again like I said I think I've seen that image already (don't remember where)
