China is simply better. In everything.
In SW, I saw this just with QQ and the evolution into WeChat. Douyin, Meituan, Little Red Book and the others blew the doors off. SM and E-Commerce ideas were always a few years ahead of the West. That is how Tiktok, SHEIN and Temu can end up top apps in the West despite the hostile propaganda against them.
I never seen anything of note in SW from India. India's core IT business is not writing software. It is subcontracting workers to operate Western software in Western offices.
As I have previously repeat, India does not have an IT industry. It has an IT SERVICES industry. One is for producing the latest stuff for functionality. The other is for outsourcing from other actual IT companies.
I also seem to notice there seems to be this assumption (probably from dumb westoids and jai hinds) that Chinese are not creative but somehow Indians are. Under what is this assumption justified? From wewuzing as everything from like over 3000 years ago ? How convenient so many of these things had to be made famous or discovered in other countries and that India just magically forgot about it leaving no trace on how to reproduce it. As far as I'm concerned, modern India is the ones copying China. From their own made in India plan crap, to trying to have a one party state, to bollywood, to ripping off Chinese apps, to trying to challenge asians in their sports since they are no good at western ones etc.
What exactly is modern India doing that is so creative other than trying to scam old people and making up more jai hind nonsense? I wouldn't give them crap if they were Philippines (who btw actually does better IT support than India surprisingly) who don't claim to be this all creative Vishvaguru. But India once again is all good at making these claim and disappointing those when it comes to actually delivering. The bigger the gap between boasting and actual deliverance makes one more obnoxious.
Some Nepali said this about Indians. What they will do is find a way to overwhelm you with numbers and then use force despite claiming they are peaceful. Afterwards they will try to rewrite the history saying it was them. Seeing what happened to Nepal I can get why they feel that way. This exactly mimics their plan of infiltrating western tech companies or trying to steal Chinese subsidiaries in India when you think about it. No wonder they cannot deal with say Central Asia, China or even Pakistan coz it turns out they still need to resort to force in the end despite all their wisdom from Lord Vishnu and when they don't have enough, their plan falls apart.
