Dumping as much US dollar holding for some real stuff as one can. That's why the AirBus deal was signed in US dollars rather than Euros

Being overly reliant on Russia isn't a smart move either. Biggest hope lies in nuclear energy but it will take time to scale that up.

There are many reasons China is buying from this company and enriching and influencing its shareholders.
