That doesn't make sense though. There has to be another reason.
Stick with the unfounded reasons and evidence free claims that the PLA tanks are there to Fire on the Chinese people a.k.a. similar to the non-similar event of Tiananmen Square riots of 1989.

I repeat, there's no FACTUAL, OBJECTIVE EVIDENCE THAT ANY OF OUR REDDIT friends can point out that unequivocally shows the PLA fired their tanks, run over their fellow Chinese people during that tumultuous period. The tank man wasn't run over, nor was he gunned down. He was moved aside by his fellow Chinese. The video evidence itself is on YouTube for anyone and everyone to see.

I mean, why the f...k would the provincial government make a request to the CMC/CPC for them to have a battalion worth of tanks just to supposedly quell the people in that province from getting their money that some don't deserve to receive. The PAP force is there for a purpose which is to be deployed internally and not the PLA.

It goes to show that people in the west, are beyond stupid, not to mention gullible so easily convinced into assuming about China and the Chinese government's actions. Covid-19 and it's aftermath is the prime example of this. Cell phones were turned off = PROOF OF CHINESE PEOPLE Dead . Which is also why when the initial lock down period in Wuhan, China was lifted with the number of deaths announced, along with the people infected were way below western people's expectations, they went full retard.

So my suggestion to you is exactly that, don't be a re...d by asking a question and somehow remain unconvinced with the responses you're getting because maybe, deep down, you also believe the worst case scenario panned out by your friends on that dumb reddit channel. Damn, that's interesting indeed.

I don't think you understand my question. I never once said that I believe what the Redditors were saying. I was just asking why the PLA were having tanks traveling on those roads. My question was:
But what's the PLA's purpose for doing this?

Anybody with a sane mind will understand that a 5-10% profit margin is a scam and not a "development/investment"

No sympathy for greedy fucks, CPC should trial them for collaboration.
I support CPC repaying up to $500,000. I don't condone them as most of them probably know these banks are fishy but these rural banks are still officially insured and legitimate institutions. However, anything more than 500k shouldn't be repaid.

How financial educated are people in rural areas in Henan? Cuz if they're financial educated and went through with it willing, then the government shouldn't reimburse them. However, if a majority of people are not financial educated, then I think the government should reimburse them to an extent. This would also serve as a lesson to the government that they need to give financial education to rural areas.
