I am sorry you have that impression contrary to my experience I went to Catholic school from primary to high school I never once encountered any mention of hate toward China. You mention sunday school I never heard of it. I though sunday school is protestant only. My understanding sunday school is given by lay person and not ordained priest. Anyway I don't see any official decree or proclamation, official position of Catholic church that is anti China. In fact Vatican concede the right to appoint Bishop to Chinese government they just rubber stamped it once it got approvedI have to agreed with AssassinsMace here Hendrick. Trust me I grew up Catholic and know how they think. The Asian hardcore Catholics would try anything to be "Christian and white" by appeasing to their former colonial masters by adopting to their values. The Catholic church does NOT teach anything good or positive about Communist China. They only preach about the "evils of communism" in Sunday school and sometimes during sermon as well. There might be some few Catholics that are exception to the rules, but they're usually the college university professor types that don't follow the religion. Again like I said before, the Western Christians can NOT live peacefully or willing to accept that another culture that's older and far ahead of them in civilization because that means the end of the Christian empire and that their "lord and savior Jesus Christ" doesn't exist.
Though I notice American Catholic is indistinguishable from the hard core protestant. So you might deal with this kind of anti China lay person who give sunday school. I will end this discussion.
