How do they deal with corporations and rich folks who have both legal and non-legal channels to move assets overseas, especially through empty shell companies and families overseas.

Have you ever tried?

It's actually quite difficult to send currency from China.
And that is all I will say on the matter

A slight historical digression but has anyone really wondered why the Anglo americans behave so hysterically when it comes to China? It's because the CPC prevented anglo america from essentially doing another Unequal Treaty on the ROC:

Every single one of these treaties would have resulted in a Revolution, as Mao and the CPC could have put it, Thanos like, "We Are Inevitable"

If this were the case, then teachers' salaries should be varied. For example, if the average final exam score of Class 05 is higher than Class 04, then the chief instructor 班主任 for Class 05 should receive higher bonus those of Class 04 at the end the year. Otherwise the teachers aren't going to work hard to make the students successful. If not given incentives (like bonus for students' improvement, but marginal wage cuts for sudden drops in student grades) to make students successful, these teachers would just behave like the Soviets: pretending to work.

You obviously don't know very much about workplace motivation.

Praise and awards for a good job are far better than money, as per the studies.

Plus any teacher that is only pretending to work needs to be fired asap.
They should want to see their students succeed as a matter of course.

All your points have a vary basic mistake. NO video game ban are happening.

It is only ONLINE video games who are now restricted. These are the trash online mobile/MMO games who are full of lootboxes and ads whose only purpose is to get people addicted on their services

Good riddance
What's the purpose of this policy?

Small brain: Reduce game addiction.
Big brain : Reduce wasteful gacha spending and prevent escalation to gambling addiction
Galaxy brain : Encourage development of high quality offline games with emphasize on story, art and IP.

League of legends and similar games are able to train younger people for roles on a DDG. Basically fighting against enemies in the control room on a warship is similar to these video games in which you play as a team.

You are not serious right? Even combat simulation games like world of tanks or war thunder are very different from real weapon handling for fun/playability reasons. Operating real weapons is very dull and boring most of the time.

Are you advocating for child soldiers? Because that is what it sounds like to me. Plus, I usually don’t say this at all, but that has to be one of the most asinine things I have ever heard of on this forum.

Video games is a multi-billion $ business. Professional gamers are making a lot of money in Korea. Chinese companies like Tencent and Netease should be producing some world- leading video games. Now by banning video games, they are restricting the creativity of the Chinese programmers and game developers.

What is the point developing very fast cpu and gpu when you are not even playing vides games?
As far as I understand they just limited online games for people under 18. There is no restriction for adults (who earn money unlike kids) or for single-player games.
