Ok I think I found a legitimate video showing a bridge collapse due to resonance.

The bridge out of the blue started bending so much, and this was caused by AIR frequency.

This should be the same with what happened in Shenzhen. No earthquakes, no high winds, nothing. Just started shaking without any obvious reason

This happened last year. Since the bridge didn’t collapse I assume the problem fixed itself.
That Fu Mun bridge which was built in 1997 started to sway in may 2020, and now this building which was built in 1999, again started to sway in May. Something is very fishy here.

A digital yuan is a threat to the West if China uses it in China...

Yes it's a threat when you think you have the right to violate another country's sovereignty which would be war if anyone thought they had that right over a Western country. No different from 400 hundred years ago where they owned slaves. They think they own you but they're not go to say that out loud because they know the world can revolt and nuke them if they admitted it. Even with Kyle Bass who wants the US to break off from China still reserves the US's right to dictate to China. It's only a one-way decoupling where the US has the right to still make money from China but China can't make money from the US. Also known as slavery. Just don't call it what it is and it's not it.

Not saying the occupants didn't felt the movement but the video specifically is more of a special effect than showing the actual movement of that building. Look at the foreground and background of the footage, moving in concert with the "swaying" of the building. There's no relative movement between them at least that can be seen with the naked eye.

In another video, in the interior of an apartment, the fittings were swaying. I don't know it is shown in this video.

I don't think it should be considered Tofu category. It is a natural occurrence to a large extend as all structures (including buildings) have natural oscillations, and when matched with external forces (usually wind) that oscillates in same frequency, then there could be induced excessive vibrations.

Most of the current concerns (for tall buildings) on resonance effect are on seismic wave brought by earthquake. Perhaps after this, more attention will be focused on wind effect too.

IMO studies must be made, but if the engineering team made a mistake on the design plans and they built the skyscraper based on these plans then lol

This is a serious issue. Can you imagine what would happen if a section or the WHOLE building was brought down?...

Lets find out who signed these engineering plans and "ask" them if they "mistakenly" "forgot" to plan for these things properly. And then lets also find the construction company and "ask" them if they followed the plan correctly or they "cut some corners"

Heads should roll.
