Badaan Ramm's classmates come to amuse her during the break in the Lianxiang Huaxia HOPE Primary School of Xigaze, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, Sept. 11, 2012. Badaan Ramm is a preschool student of the Lianxiang Huaxia HOPE Primary School. As a member of the first preschool class for the children of the 19 local villages, Ramm, together with other 27 classmates, is lucky to have an access to get formal preschool education in Liangxiang, a remote moutainous township in Xigaze. Although six-year-old Ramm is an elder child in her class, she is a crybaby in the school as well. For a little village girl studying and living in school for the first time in her life, Ramm misses her home and her mother very much. Worrying about the young daughter, her mother comes to see her frequently. However, the result of every mother's visit all leads to Ramm's tears and every time when it comes to this moment, comfort from teachers and classmates is always workable. Xigaze started its preschool education in 2012 and the enrollment rate of local preschool children rose to 40 percent in 2012.
