Please stop this off topic to and fro, and meaningless arguement for arguement sake. This is my last post to you.

Il-62 had certificate of air worthiness, that is why it was allowed to fly commercial services from Soviet/Russia to USA. And it was operated by France, Japan, Netherland, Turkey, India and many other countries

The JF-22 hypersonic wind tunnel has officially passed the acceptance test. The JF-22 can simulate altitudes of 40 to 100 kilometers. The max flow speed is 10km/sec, equivalent to 30 times the speed of sound. It's a crucial piece of infrastructure for China's missile and space programs as well as for developing hypersonic vehicles.

A TV segment on the JF-22 hypersonic wind tunnel. Some specs are as follows:
- Diameter: 2.5 meters
- Length: 167m
- Temperature range of hypersonic flows: 2500°C to 18000°C
- Air pressure: 100 to 10000 standard atmospheres (atm)
- Air flow speed: Mach 5 to 30
- Simulated altitude: 25 to 90km
- Simulation duration: 40ms at Mach 10

Interestingly, the TV segment also reveals that an oblique detonation wave engine (using aviation kerosene) was tested in JF-22's predecessor, the JF-12 hypersonic wind tunnel, and the engine has achieved stable operation at Mach 9. Next, the engine will be tested in JF-22 at up to Mach 16.

And where is the engine for this heavy helicopter? The Russians are still producing the Mi-26T2V with Ukrainian D-136 engines.
The Russian's own PD-8V turboshaft engine still not under testing, while the PD-8 turbofan engine which uses the same core is conducting flight tests.

China's own CJ-500 engine is even further behind.

At best China could get some D-136 engines somewhere, make a prototype, and hope the alternative engines show up eventually.
