Looks like this Kaifei aerospace company (GKN and COMAC JV) has started production of first composite horizontal tail.

It will expand into C919 horizontal tail also as well as B737, 777 and 787. + their spoilers, and fairings, and Airbus A320 and 330 fairings.

so more supply chain production is moving into China.
