Wow ... and it seem to hint yet another merger of Shenyang and Hongdu?
But how reliable is this? I sometimes have the feeling Sina not really differs between reliable confirmed issues, rumours and completely hyped-up stories?

I believe this is the author's own speculation based on the merger trends, nothing concrete.
The key point is the words in the first picture, pls ignore what the author has written.
Guizhou participated in CAC industry group’s 2022 Annual Work Conference, which means Guizhou has been a part of this industry group.
In the recent official news about Guizhou, "industrial structure reform" and "CAC" appear many times.

And what about that "hinted" merger of SAC Shenyang and HAIG Hongdu?
Have not seen the evidence and rumors. There were rumors circulating among investors about the above two mergers three years ago, but zero rumor about Shenyang and Hongdu until now.
With JL10 and GJ11 in its product portfolio Hongdu seems better placed for an independent future than Guizhou was. More advanced technology than Shenyang is currently building (i.e. Flanker derivatives).

I said current production! J35 still in development as far as we know (unless you know better).
Agreed, but if the JL-10 features a more modern and sophisticated technology is also questionable and concerning the GJ-11 we know in fact close to nothing.
