Actually, FT-12 is a powered wingkit PGM that was the first powered PGM kit, so this LS-6 variant isn't exactly the first.
But yes, no family or PGM variety is currently confirmed to be in widespread service, with PLA secrecy kept in mind of course.

FT-12 is rocket boosted, powered JDAM is turbo boosted.

However my point was to clarify that the LS-6 ER is not the first "powered PGM" we've seen on offer, because FT-12 is was first (rocket propelled is still very much powered).
