That is my belief as well.

I think some people are jumping the gun a little bit by using this footage and interpreting it as Y-20B in operational PLAAF service. I think this footage shows a Y-20B prototype in PLA colours doing late stage tests and verification, but not an operational airframe yet

He also said that eight have been delivered to military, no idea what "eight" specifically means and whether they are included in the "two-digit" or not.

Showcasing the very urgent demand for proper refueling tankers by the PLAAF.

For general cargo and personnel, at least the Il-76s, Y-9s and trains can handle the slack. On the other hand, only the YY-20Bs are qualified for the aerial refueling role.

I must admit I rate this guy quite high but surely not for gold standard … anyway, these 8 delivered are IMO most likely regular YY-20A tankers and not the updated YY-20B, which with not yet a single regular Y-20B delivered to an operational unit, I see it unlikely that the tanker is fielded first.

He said "Several planes have been installed." This means he saw several planes equipped with WS-20.
