Will be interesting to see if all new ones will be with WS-20 and if retrofitting will occur down the line for d30/ws18 powered ones. They are young birds, maybe when engine need to be refurbished.
old engines will be replaced with WS-20 once those machines finish their life. remember J-10B/J-11 reengined with WS-10.
it will be logistics nightmare to maintain two different engine on Y-20 just like fighter jets. PLAAF rapidly replacing Russian engines.
