A YY-20 refueling two J-20s.

Another sighting of Y-20 with WS-20 turbofans.

We can see refuelling pods on the wingtips so should be a YY-20.

That said I'm not 100% sure this is an aircraft powered by WS-20s. The engine diameter looks bigger than D-30s, but it also looks like there are the distinctive silver rear half of the D-30s which fold back to form the bucket thrust reverser with distinctive top and bottom "notches" which the WS-20 lack.
