In a few months you folks will be sick of seeing them.
Any idea whether this aircraft has been seen before? A KJ-600/Y-7 derivative? What is/would be the purpose of this aircraft?

New air-droppable pallets, which will replace the previous system based on straps. The old system of straps was time consuming to set up and often would scatter the payload if the landing impact was harsh.
Old system using straps:
The new air-droppable pallets appear to be in formal service.
