That means no difference to the J-20 debut, minus the timeframe . This will be really interesting if only because of the aircraft's size.

And its engines. The CGI shows thicker engines than D-30's, I think. I understand these engines will not yet be available, so initially we'll see D-30's hung on the wing.

Its not a "roll-out" event, so tough luck with some random guy with a camera skulking around.

I think it is just a milestone event inside of a big hangar.

It says that they achieved one aircraft making maiden flight, 4 aircraft type evaluated, 3 aircraft type have started development, 4 aircraft modified and 1 aircraft type started pre-research. Aircraft transition delivery increased by 22%. Seal delivery, parts, components, final assembly complete rate all went up (compared to 2010 I guess?).

Y-8 project had much progress, whole year started 10 type of new aircraft design, a new type entered adjustment flight testing stage (Y-9?), a special type entered mission development flight testing stage (ASW type?), a new type completed all non high altitude flight testing program. A new project completed detailed design review. Large aircraft completed 3 unit of rear fuselage development. Signed a contract to export 8 Y-8C to Venezuela (total export of Y-8 reaching 25 unit).

As such if I'm not completely wrong (maybe someone can help!) the structure assembly of the Y-20 prototype 001 has been completed and has been "handed over (?) ... Now I'm not sure "Roll out" (or First flight" is expected to be before the 18th National People's Congress by the end of this year.
