There looks to be two short landing strips located on both ends of the runway at Yongxing which resembles BAR (barrier-arrested recovery) installations typically found on CATOBAR and STOBAR carriers.

Is the PLAN intending to expand BAR trainings to be closer to actual carrier-based operational conditions using Yongxing's sole runway?

So while this has obvious training benefits, it also effectively increases the PLA's military presence in the SCS.

China's stance in the SCS remains largely non-military, allowing them to say, "We're still peaceful, just conducting jet training—nothing to see here."

Mahathir is crying about seeing business signboards in shopping malls that were Chinese monolingual. He is complaining that China is "taking over" Malaysia. It's blatant exaggeration. Only a small minority of signboards are Chinese monolingual. While the rest are multilingual or English or Malay.

In the Central and the East Coast of Peninsula Malaysia, signs are mandated to display Jawi Arabic scripts. So does this mean that Saudi Arabia is taking over Malaysia? LoL! The double standards!

Its all for show, 2025 election is around the corner and Marcos and his cousin house speaker Romauldez is having trouble politically as their plan of changing the constitution had been thwarted by Duterte. So who is behind the CHA CHA movement beside these two gentlemen? the US of course, behind the constitutional changes is the extension of their family rule and to allow the return of the US bases in the Philippine, you see the drift, they will use the China threat as an excuse. This is the invisible hand that US use to help Marcos persecute his opponent as part of their agreement.

The US and Marcos interest align and that is to bring down the Duterte's, if Marcos do allow the ICC to arrest Duterte you will see violence in the street and maybe a revolution part Deux. And you know bro, why is Duterte so calm and collect and willingly attend both the House and senate hearing(he is not obligated to attend cause he had immunity) is this a part of his strategy to bring down the Marcos's? He wanted to be remembered and he is hoping that Marcos cause he is stupid will make him a martyr eclipsing the fake hero Ninoy Aquino.
