This time it was CCG 21551 again, the same ship rammed a different PH ship not long ago. I can't see any obvious damage from previous encounter and the ship clearly didn't return for repair and come back on station. This bump is unlikely to require the ship to return to port for repairs immediately either. CCG could do this all day.

The ship turned on stone hard ability before ramming.
