The 2 are being spank by China right now one in SCS, other at Diaoyu Island, so what gives, my analysis, a facing saving and chest thumping gesture cause their daddy the US won't answer their call.
Unlikely, as every post I see they make in social media makes no mention about the capabilities of other than western countries. That's why when the Ukrainians started losing ground they were so puzzled.

Seems more like a response to previous claims from the Philippines claiming Chinese damage to the environment.
The claims are as obvious as they are stupid; nobody is in the SCS for the environment. It's just more of the same nonsense from Manila, trying to artificially create leverage with media and alliances and blah blah blah. None of which changes the material reality of the situation.
They've been saying the ship must be removed immediately for the past year.
But the Philippines is obviously not going to remove it themselves, so CCG has go through the whole song and dance of slowly forcing them into an untenable position. Which is what we've been watching for the past year, of course.
