Somewhere in Zhejiang, China:
"Going whoring is also forbidden"
Goddamn, they're basically giving suggestions.

"Do not go whoring. Especially stay away from Pink Dragon Sauna on GuiFeng street because their girls are crazy. Don't ask for LanLan; she's a Fox Demon you cannot handle. Taking drugs is also forbidden, so stay away from Blue Smoke Club on GeXin street; their stuff is too strong and you won't forget about that experience for the rest of your life. Definitely don't go to the pharmacy on the corner of LiuRan street and 6th Ave; I went for an aspirin after work and woke up 3 days later in Pink Dragon Sauna with a gang tattoo on my face, a gun strapped in my underwear, a Blue Smoke lifetime VIP card in my pocket, LanLan laying on my lap and AhZhou the pharmacist stroking my hair! Don't trust his bullshit aspirin; he cooks up crazy shit and his prices go WAY up after the first time!!"

Always felt that China overinvested in weak "allies" like Pakistan (basically controlled remotely by the US) and overlooked South-East Asia. That hopefully is now changing.
A very good investment if you ask me, Pakistan serve a purpose, just like NK, both are a buffer state. In the future ASEAN even with Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines will serve the same purpose.

It looks like banning private tuition is not working. The big guy should roll back all these ban on private tuition, which will provide another way of boosting the economy, after the covid opening.
How about using AI? there is a segment in this video where AI is being use as a cheaper means of education plus there is a wow factor where children find it interesting and fun to use.

The problem is that this is an endless vicious competition. This kind of educational competition has already affected the quality of education in public schools: many teachers choose to teach less content in the classroom and put more key knowledge into their own private training classes.
The core of the problem is to reduce the fear of class decline among citizens. But this means improving the income and working environment of workers.

Imo China should allow private classes but for things outside of Academic Test Prep. To create more well-rounded and imaginative individuals, people need exposure to different ideas, experiences outside the classroom for inspiration. This would improve athletes, arts and entertainment industries as they would be given more time to develop them outside the classroom.

Which is why we need to end excess focus on test preparation and more on learning. More often than not many learn to memorize and game the system rather than comprehending and appreciating the content.

I’ve met too many Chinese who are brilliant at testing but absolutely stupid when it comes to anything practical or having self awareness.

Obviously, China should not go too far in the other direction like the USA’s education system but it’s really about maintaining a balance of quality of life, learning and developing self-discipline.

Too much stress from studying and schooling also can affect demographics too as a stunted social development affects marriage and birthrates.

They actually do. My wife's cousin is making her kids hate everything they might have loved if they were allowed to naturally explore them since the age of 6. Kids in China are being dragged to Soccer practice Mondays, Violin Tuesdays, Taekwondo Wednesdays, Golf Thursdays, Basketball Fridays, Chess+Vocal lessons Saturday and Swimming+Piano Sundays. Chinese parents are trying to make kids with balanced talents; they're trying TOO HARD!!
