Whats this new childhood respiratory disease in China all about? It seems similar to the childhood respiratory disease that was prominent when covid restrictions first dropped in the west a while ago.
Most experts are saying it is mycoplasma. Every few years, mycoplasma infection would have a major outbreak but coronavirus might have postponed this cycle and make it more contagious especially as recent version of mycoplasma seems to be more antibiotic resistance as experts claimed.

  • Passport holders from France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Malaysia will benefit from the arrangement for the next 12 months
  • The measure is the latest effort to boost the sluggish Chinese economy after Covid controls caused a virtual halt to international travel
China will allow travellers from France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Malaysia visa-free entry to the country for 15 days.
The policy will start on December 1 and run until November 30 next year.
During this time, citizens of those countries will be allowed to enter the country without a visa for business, tourism, family visits and transit, foreign ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning said on Friday. There will be no reciprocal arrangement for Chinese citizens.
