This is actually a good opportunities to exposed some traitor and foreign agent looking for incite an uprising or causing unrest.
They are overestimate and reveal their card too early. China should start monitoring them and root them out when the time come.
In my opinion, these protests taking place under foreign influence demonstrates that the US is deliberately desperate and playing all the cards it had to try to implant color revolutions in the world, as is the case in Iran, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Russia and now in China.
In the case of China, it is worth mentioning:
The creation of the CMC is recent, 1 year of existence, which should not even have time to reorganize all available means of the most diverse branches of CIA activities around China and centralize them around the CMC. There are many things to do and centralize in the CMC, the set of data, personnel and missions that the CIA must do in China are a complex set, much larger than another Mission Center in other countries not aligned with the US.

The Iran Mission Center will bring together analysts, operations personnel and specialists from across the CIA to bring to bear the range of the agency’s capabilities, including covert action. In that respect it is similar to a new Korea Mission Center that the CIA announced last month to address North Korea's efforts to develop long-range nuclear missiles.
This has never worked in Russia because the Russian counterintelligence suite is effective, I don't know about the other countries mentioned, but I also know that China(MSS) is also very effective.
