A new ICBM? Maybe df-45/51 that we saw last year. For those who don't remember, there's a video footage of a 10-axel TEL in this thread.

4-stage ICBM? would be interesting what it is ? is there any 4-stage ICBM in service now or in the past? I don't think there is/was?

From technical and range point of view, what is the main benefit to have 4th stage?

It should be just 3 stage + PBV drop zone.

Shouldn't the PBV drop essentially right next to the final RV?
