interesting, cn. 0718 is now a J-11BG .. from my understanding it was formerly a regular Batch 07 J-11B.
How do you know the first numbers are 72? Also the flankers have black radome so they are not J-11BG. And they don't have low visibility markings.
Agreed, it is indeed not a BG but from what I’ve read it is a unit from the WTC and that leaves not that many options … but why do you mention low visibility markings? So far only J-16 and naval flankers have them!?

Indeed, I thought most of the fighters now have low visibility marking, I guess I was wrong.
Possibly ex-111th and the new unit hadn't got around to repainting? Or simply not bother as near OSD. According to Scramble 111th used to fly J-11As not Bs.
