Said to be the 26th Regiment of the 9th Air Division, based at Huizhou, Guangdong.

Well, now I‘m confused! J-16s are only used by the PLAAF but there is no longer a 9th Air Division or a 26th AR. As uch it could be the 26th Air Brigade?!

Umm... I'm not really familiar with military organization stuffs, especially with Chinese ones.

However, what I could find is "空9师26旅".
