we are very hard to confirm those Flanfer whether J-11s/Su-27, becaurse early batch J-11s totally copy Su-27sk, becaurse China needed to learn, after China well-crafted master these techniques, then started to upgrade Radar fire control electronic system, new cockpit and so on.
we already saw the photo that some J-11A carry PL-12, at least they have to upgrade radar fire control electronic system. so, I think the later version J-11 should upgrade some avionics.

Aren't the J-11Bs compatible with Russian weapons?

And I think that everything for some of the latter build J-11As except the engines are entirely Chinese made.

Yes J-11Bs are compatible with both Chinese AND Russian weapons. However since the whole point of the J-11B project (aside from the vast improvements in electronics and composites) is to end China's dependence on Russian munition I would think that they will carry Chinese munition, at least on the publicity photos?

Is the PLA still making J-11As?

Shenyang's got the kits to build another 96 J-11A (ASAIK), but decided to stop the production of J-11A after the first 96 are delivered to the PLAF.
