Sorry, ... not offence ! But maybe You meant 18th Division, 54th Regiment !!! ... Could You just provide the source, where You got the number "54" from ???

It is important, since a possible profile with an aircraft from the 18th Division should have a 20x9xserial, while one from the FTTC 3rd Reg. would have 61x8x-serials !

Anyway thanks a lot, Deino

But what's the story behind these brown Flankers above ???

Probably aggressor squadron, although it is interesting to note that they are using J-11A.

Edit: I just realize those have dual seats, so they are Su-30MKK.

any chance for china to join red flag? lol

Sure bring em on over, it might be an eye opener for everybody, and lots cheaper than the real thang, seriously probably won't happen, but it could be a nice opportunity for both sides to get to know one another a little better. And from a purely intelectuall standpoint, it would be nice to shut up some of this blather at times and see who really has what?

Actually it's in America's interest to invite China to join Red Flag, there is no better opportunity to assess your potential opponent's capabilities than flying with them. If all those cyber espionage hypes are true the US shouldn't have to worry about leaking information since there is nothing the Chinese don't already know. I think if the US send the invitation PLAAF will turn it down, they want to keep the fog of war.
