Actually it's in America's interest to invite China to join Red Flag, there is no better opportunity to assess your potential opponent's capabilities than flying with them. If all those cyber espionage hypes are true the US shouldn't have to worry about leaking information since there is nothing the Chinese don't already know. I think if the US send the invitation PLAAF will turn it down, they want to keep the fog of war.
I absolutely agree, and the old adage is keep your friends close, and your enemies closer comes to mind. I really think that the Chinese people are realizing that America though not perfect in any sense of the word, might make better friends than enemies, and as Ronald Reagan made the statement, "Peace through Strength", is good policy and brought the world together in a way that it hadn't been before. I am a little "dumb", but my love for and respect for the Chinese people has only grown through this forum, I realize that I sometimes make "cowboy" observations, but I think many Americans want the Chinese people to enjoy the same freedoms and responsibilities that all free men are entitled to.IMHO Brat
