The second photo appears to be have a feel of "water colour" even :)
However, it is a nice CG/drawing.

Has there been any recent news on the training facility on the shore of the Bohai (?). The Google Earth image has not been updated for quite some times :(

How is that achieved? Are we sure that is conclusive?

Applying RAM in various places. And of course we're not sure that's conclusive, unless we can sneak away a J-11B and put it on a RCS test range. But it's certainly a number we should keep in mind.

For a land based set up it seems alright.
While taking off from a ski ramp an aircraft puts more force on the ramp than just its weight, because it is accelerated along the vertical axis. The structure doesn't look stiff and strong enough even to carry the weight of the J-15.
