Export them to western countries, via targeted advertisements and incentives. Too early right now, but once the overall competitiveness of the country rises, and these leftover men get a fighting chance overseas, they can and should leave in droves to those destinations.
If they're from the poorest parts of China, their wealth would just be comparable to Ukrainians, which wouldn't be enough to settle properly in western countries, especially not when they need to overcome language barrier.

Better for them to go join/create firms/projects in the third world, which I think is what a lot of people from the poorer parts of China are doing already.

In practice very few Chinese people would ever struggle with there "not being enough women", that's apparent if you've been in China. 90% of youngsters move out of poorly connected villages for a reason. If you stay behind, it means you want to keep doing your thing out of tradition, when you can either go to a city or even to another country.

But China should also encourage these holdouts to go other places. Spreading controlled immigration is also a soft power tool. Just look at how many overseas anglos there are. A bigger Chinese presence in the third world is needed.

True which is why China's infrastructure push is extremely good for China's image, and it should be further advertised in western terms like "green" "environmentally friendly" "good for the animals" etc. Run online ads and Youtube videos about how much greenhouse gas this saves, how many cars are taken off the road, how many animals are saved, etc.

Make it known that this infrastructure is in China and you can enjoy it in China or a Chinese aligned country. Remind them that China can bring this to them if only their irrational, paranoid, fossil fuel rulers would let them.

This isn't a guess either! Just look at the AMWF channels about Chinese infrastructure!

I expect Chinese talent that want to go back to China from say the west and who are in mixed couple relationship will find this hard to make the choice to go back.

China home to 30 million men in search of a bride, census shows

Just because those single men living in China's rural areas aren't very connected to us, it doesn't mean they don't exist. 30 million in absolute and relatives terms is a huge number, I would not use very few to describe that number. SCMP has a western slant, but the approximate number is correct enough for our discussions.
I don't think China should just abandon those people due to convenience, especially when they can make a happy family and help China solve its low birth rate crisis.

Extrapolated to a population of 1.4 billion, that's an excess of 2 per 100, at marriageable age. So this is yet another example of taking the most common things and creating alarmism over it.

But anyways what I wrote was the opposite of abandoning them, rather, I'm saying that they should go to areas where their wealth and skills can become an asset for China and for the host countries.

The westerners have always had a similar sized deficit as well (once they got stable economies). What did they do with it? Encourage people to move to faraway countries, and build outposts that favor their own kind. I think in this case, their solution is one that should be emulated.

I'm saying this in a very serious way, the excess of men inside the country, owing to continued peace and stable economy is not a problem, but an asset, if used right.

China also has 8 million unmarried women. I think getting these women and those tens of millions divorcee women married would help both increase birthrates and decrease unmarried men. SEA mail brides and international marriage at best would help a few millions unmarried men to get married in the next few decades.

There are also more women in Hong Kong, Japan and Macau. Lately, there are more Hong Kong females that are willing to marry mainland males. Many mainland Chinese males visit, work or study in East Asia so there are plenty of opportunities.

30 million men at marriageable age, not like under 16 or older than 50? Not sure how you extrapolated to 1.4 billion, since clearly not all 1.4 billion Chinese are of marriage age. Even assuming you take 1 billion Chinese at marriageable age, that's "3 per 100", who won't be able to find partners because there aren't enough marriageable women in China just demographics wise.

3 per 100 according to you seems like alarmist. Until you realized this means that if your son was randomly selected in China, he would have a 6% chance of never getting a partner under normal circumstances. If your son was born in rural China, that probability might increase to say 20%. That's 1 in 5 chance for your family blood line to end at your son.

But wait, you say my son will be rich and move to the cities. Ok, then that means 1 in 5 rural families in China will have their blood line end this generation due to purely demographic factors, does it still seem alarmist now?

The normal human male to female ratio is like 102-105. So basically anywhere in the world the chances are similar. People remarry, they migrate around and also pursue relationships outside of the country, if they really feel like they want one. Some also choose not to marry.

I've already extrapolated that looser immigration as well as encouragement to move out works. These are the solutions used by other countries with similar "issues" (not really an issue, it's just a product of not having a big war or having East European economics where a ton of the men end up as migrant workers)

And how does that compare to other developed nations? Without any other data points to compare to, it's not possible to pass any judgement on those statistics.

I would throw out a guesstimate that the percentage of men that marry and have offspring in the US for example would be less (probably significantly so) than 90%. I think you will find it a lot easier to get more bang for your buck by finding ways to get the married couples to have more children or the single women to find husbands than chasing after brides for the bottom of the barrel. Focus on things like housing affordability, ending 996, reducing childcare and education costs further, etc.

Also, while some men in China might be open to foreign brides, my gut feeling is majority of men in China (especially rural China) would not be as open to non Asian wives.
