You can embed gif the same way you embed a pic using the img tag. It worked for me when I embedded a J-20 gif showing difference between 2001/2002 and 2011.

Yeah that's what the article says. Any other difference... who knows? I mean just because TEL can go off road, I don't think they would give it a new designation.
