(someone who works in China's aerospace related MIC) brought up a point, that from what he heard, it's not possible to take a video of J-36 from that specific angle without seriously risking jail time.

This is something we can think about in the future when determining whether something is real or fake.
Nah... It didn't stop people from post these fifteen years ago or now.
We knew that there are a lot of 爬墙党, but I didn't think they would be bold enough to post it at this time.

Remind me how long was the person who took this photo locked up?

Couldn’t find the original image source, and it’s been taken down now. The text on the image mentioning "F47" was just a joke—nothing useful there. The plane taxiing on the ground is probably a J36, but the photo’s authenticity is unknown, so can’t confirm.

There are lots of high rise buildings from 10 to 20 stories within 2km radius of the runway. Using a mobile phone to capture that angle surely need wall climbing, but using a cheap >=300mm telephoto lens and DSLR from those highrise buildings one can get blurry video of that angle. I don't think there is any risk of being caught. So I don't think this reasoning is reliable to judge real or fake.
