Discussion continued in this thread from the F/A-XX and F-XX to avoid derailing the original thread.

Speaking of which - Both the 10000-year Emperor and the Adorable Whale have indicated that the "36011" J-36 is already an EMD-stage aircraft:

From the former:

From the latter:
I bet he said five years just to skip Biden's term

Not sure whether it has been already posted, as @stoa1984 correctly predicted before, here the first video (artistic view) confirming the presence of DEW, and in action in both anti-missile and anti-air combat!
...

Final warning!! Stop with this off-topic nonsense even more so mixed with political BS as if you "correctly predicted anything before"!

This is one of the flash-ship threads and you are again posting BS & nonsense mixed with even more stupid sources and links!

Is it true that China has better subsystems than the US? I am talking about GaN AESA, spoofing and jamming on planes.

significantly more individual transmit/receive on their AESA than the US counterpart?

Couldn’t find the original image source, and it’s been taken down now. The text on the image mentioning "F47" was just a joke—nothing useful there. The plane taxiing on the ground is probably a J36, but the photo’s authenticity is unknown, so can’t confirm.

We knew that there are a lot of 爬墙党, but I didn't think they would be bold enough to post it at this time.

Remind me how long was the person who took this photo locked up?

One dual-wheel front landing gear arranged in parallel and a pair of dual-wheel rear landing gears arranged in tandem, with the undercarriage structure facing outward. Certainly looks to be a J-36. Photo seems rather authentic too.

They are likely just art, and those artists likely don't have real access to the secret programs that are under development for NGAD or F/A-XX. I think it's highly likely that both F/A-XX and NGAD won't feature canards. Boeing has had concept arts for both canard and canard less next generation fighters as well so you should not be taking those arts too seriously.
About that... It seems Boeing took slight with your comment and responded within 48 hours.

For this thread itself, its still early days but can we talk about the differing PLAAF vs USAF focuses for their main next-gen fighter platform? Now that we know the rough shape of the F-47, we can begin to infer its emphasised roles/characteristics and how they contrast with the J-36's focuses. Not sure if that comparison should be left to the F-47 thread or this one though.

I think it'd be better if we can have a separate thread that is dedicated to discussions on China's overall 6th-generation air combat system, since I believe that doing discussions in any one of the individual platform threads cannot do the entire air combat system enough justice.

@Blitzo @Deino @siegecrossbow what do you guys think?
